Repair guarantee

Repair guarantee on performed work is valid for six months or 15.000 kilometers from the repairing day, depending on which one is reached first.

The repair shop will arrange the correction of any defects found on the performed repair work and on used spare parts or supplies.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, abuse or subsequent accident.

Painting guarantee

The guarantee for paint work is valid for 12 months from the repairing day, unless otherwise stated.

This guarantee shall not apply if the defects are influenced by rust coming from the joints of the body parts or by scratches and gravel marks acquired from driving conditions. The guarantee also does not apply, if the painting has been damaged by other repair or paint works done before, that has not been noticiable during painting.

The painting guarantee can also be limited in certain occasions. The repair shop informs the customer of the limitations when the job order is submitted or at the latest when the cause of the limitation is found.
